Deskripsi Pekerjaan:
Minimum education D3 / S1 in Hospitality, Management, Business, or related field

Minimum 1–2 years experience in similar position (five-star hotel experience is an advantage)

Good command of English (oral & written); additional languages are a plus

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Service-oriented mindset with positive attitude and professional behavior

Able to work as a team and independently

Strong problem-solving and time management skills

Good administrative and reporting skills

Familiar with hotel operational systems (PMS / Opera / POS or related systems is an advantage)

High attention to detail and accuracy in daily tasks

Maintain professional grooming and personal hygiene standards

Able to work in shift schedule, weekends, and public holidays

Honest, disciplined, and responsible

Physically and mentally fit to support operational activities

Willing to learn and continuously improve skills

Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Understand hotel SOP and luxury service standards
