Finance Manager
Prigen East Java

Finance Manager is responsible for overseeing all financial activities of the hotel and safari operations, ensuring strong financial performance, compliance, and strategic financial planning. This role plays a critical part in supporting business growth, operational efficiency, and profitability within the hospitality and tourism environment. Monitor revenue streams (rooms, F&B, ticketing, and activities) and control operational costs. Develop and implement financial strategies to improve profitability and efficiency. Ensure compliance with local regulations, tax laws, and internal policies. Oversee cash flow management, capital expenditure, and financial risk control. Collaborate with department heads (Hotel, F&B, Operations, Sales & Marketing) for budgeting and cost control. This position will report directly to Finance Controller.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field

Minimum 5–8 years of experience in finance

Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and tax regulations

Experience with systems and accounting software

Strong analytical, leadership, and decision-making skills

High integrity and attention to detail

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Placement will be at Prigen, East Java
