Job Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, International Trade, Engineering, or a related field.

Min. 3 years of working experience in the steel industry or manufacturing sector, with a proven track record in B2B sales and marketing.

Experience working with imported steel products and trading/distribution business models is highly preferred.

Demonstrated ability to develop new customers, manage key accounts, and expand market coverage.

Deep understanding of Incoterms 2020, Letter of Credit (L/C), and international shipping procedures.

Fluency in English (written and spoken) is mandatory. Proficiency in Mandarin or other languages is a huge plus.

Strong negotiation skills, resilience, and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced market.
