Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Greet and assist guests during check-in, stay, and check-out.
2. Communicate with guests before arrival to confirm details and preferences.
3. Handle inquiries, special requests, and complaints professionally, ensuring timely follow-up.
4. Arrange transport, activities, and provide local recommendations.
5. Coordinate with Villa Supervisors and Maintenance to ensure guest satisfaction.
6. Monitor VIP guests / Owners and special occasions with extra attention to detail.
7. Maintain accurate guest records and prepare daily arrival/stay/departure reports.
8. Support front-of-house operations during busy periods.
9. Promote villa services and packages.
10. Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Position Requirements:
● Minimum 1 year of experience in guest relations, front office, or hospitality operations preferred.
● High school diploma or equivalent required; hospitality/tourism degree is an advantage.
● Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
● Professional appearance, positive demeanor, and ability to stay calm under pressure.
● Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
● Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
● Customer-oriented, attention to details and excellent time management skills.
