Deskripsi Pekerjaan:
We are seeking a skilled Mandarin Translator to join our dynamic team, you will play a crucial role in facilitating seamless communication between our company and our Mandarin-speaking clients and partners. Based in our Jakarta office, you will be responsible for providing accurate and efficient translation services to support our business operations.

What you’ll be doing:

Translate a wide range of documents, including contracts, reports, and correspondence, from Mandarin to English and vice versa

Interpret during meetings, conference calls, and other business interactions with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders

Ensure consistency and accuracy in translations, maintaining the integrity of the original content

Collaborate with colleagues across departments to understand context and requirements for each translation project

Proactively identify and resolve any language or cultural barriers to facilitate effective communication

Accompany Project Directors on daily operational work

What we’re looking for:

Fluency in both Mandarin and English, with the ability to translate seamlessly between the two languages (reading, writing, speaking)

Proven experience as a professional translator, preferably in a business or corporate setting

Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain consistently high-quality translations

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Adaptability and problem-solving skills to handle a range of translation requests
