Specific experience :

Minimum have 2-3 years working experience at General Affair of Office Administration

Experience handling for office operation support, vendors coordination, asset management, and documents filling

Able to operate Microsoft Office -Good communication in English

Experience to handle routine monthly company payment and vendors administration -Familiar with documents control, filling system, and cost monitoring

Able to work as single or teamwork scheme

Job description and responsibility :

Support and coordination regarding company insurance in administration parts.

Coordinate with IT vendors for operational support and service follow up

Manage company operation vehicles (rental arrangement, driver arrangement, maintenance schedule, and documentation) –

Understand the flow of the process of filing the procurement of goods / services (Purchasing)

Monitor and coordinate for process of monthly company payments such as building management, utilities, vendor invoice, etc

Support asset administration and inventory control

Support preparation and coordination for company internal events -Coordinate with internal employee in other Department if any necessary
