Pekerjaan ini membutuhkan kemampuan:

Deskripsi Pekerjaan:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Chemical, or other related fields).

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, or maximum 1–2 years of working experience in sales or engineering.

• Basic understanding of technical products, mechanical/electrical systems, or industrial solutions.

• Strong communication and presentation skills.

• Target-oriented with high motivation to build a career in sales.

• Strong analytical skills to understand customer needs and provide suitable technical solutions.

• Good negotiation and problem-solving skills.

• Willing to travel for business trips and be assigned to any operational area as required.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

• Good command of English (written and spoken is preferred).

Responsibilities (optional):

• Participate in structured training and mentoring programs to gain comprehensive knowledge of products, business processes, and sales strategies.

• Identify and develop new market opportunities.

• Analyze customer technical requirements and propose appropriate product solutions.

• Prepare and deliver technical presentations to customers.

• Prepare quotations, technical proposals, and related documentation.

• Conduct negotiations and close sales to achieve assigned targets.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and business partners.
