– Handle day-to-day communication with clients
– Translate client briefs into clear internal briefs for Creative, Social Media & Video team
– Ensure timeline, deliverables, and quality are on track
– Monitor project progress & report performance to clients
– Maintain good relationship & explore upselling opportunities
– Coordinate meeting, MoM, and follow-up action items
