Deskripsi Pekerjaan:
Responsibilities: – Reach out to potential and existing customers via phone/email – Promote products and explain features & benefits – Identify customer needs and handle objections – Support product setup and usage – Achieve sales targets and maintain accurate records Requirements: – Diploma/Bachelor’s degree and relevant industry experience are a plus – Min. 6 months experience in telesales/telemarketing/sales/CS – Proven sales target achievement (phone-based preferred) – Strong communication & negotiation skills – Detail-oriented, proactive, and team player – Basic English (spoken) & good English writing skills
