– Minimum two (2) years of experience in the same position within an international hotel chain
– Experience in using VHP (Visual Hotel Program) system is preferred
– Pre-opening experience will be an advantage
– Strong leadership skills
– Strong interpersonal and communication skills
– English is a must (written and spoken)
– Team player and result oriented
