Duty Manager Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily resort operations and ensure smooth service flow
• Handle guest complaints and special requests professionally
• Manage all departments during shift operations
• Ensure service standards and SOP implementation
• Prepare daily operational reports
Requirements:
• Minimum 1-2 years experience in similar position at 4 star hotel/resort
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Excellent guest handling ability
• Fluent in English both spoken and written
• Able to work flexible shift schedule
