– Have minimum 2 years experience in gardening/landscaping (fresh graduate are welcome)
– Have Knowledge of tropical plants, soil, irrigation, and pest control
– Skilled with gardening tools and equipment
– Good leadership, communication, and organizational skills
– Physically fit, able to work outdoors
– Basic English is an advantage
