Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive/Sales Executive to join our dynamic BD team. The BDE/Sales Executive will be responsible for generating leads, meeting sales goals, and revenue of sales. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, excellent communication skills, and a customer-centric approach.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and qualify leads, prospect opportunities, and develop relationships with potential clients.
Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
Negotiate and close sales deals while maintaining established sales quotas.
Lead generation initiatives.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer information, and pipeline development in the HubSpot system.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Sales Executive, Field B2B Sales, or relevant role in SaaS industry.
Experience in the HRIS/SaaS Industry is a plus.
Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and objectives.
Strong negotiation and closing skills with a keen ability to handle objections.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
Minimum 2 years experience as a Sales.
Able to work in Jakarta
