Requirements:

Minimum education: Diploma 3 (D3) in Electrical/Mechanical/Civil/Instrumentation/Industrial Engineering or related field

Minimum 5 year of experience in a Mechanical Leader position, preferably in the manufacturing industry

Experience leading and managing a maintenance team, including task allocation, training, and performance evaluation

In-depth understanding of manufacturing machine and equipment maintenance systems (preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance)

Data analysis skills to improve equipment performance and reduce downtime

Ability to identify root causes of problems (root cause analysis) and formulate long-term improvement solutions

Job Descriptions:

Perform routine preventative maintenance per established preventative maintenance program

Locate sources of problems by observing mechanical devices in operation, listening for problems and using precision measuring and testing instruments

Diagnose mechanical problems and perform repair and maintenance to machinery

Inspects and reports the condition of machinery for items needing repair or service

Fabricate and repair parts by using machine shop instrumentation and equipment

Read and interpret technical manuals

Operates fixed and mobile equipment, as necessary
