SALES REPRESENTATIVE
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. This role is critical in driving sales growth by working closely with the support team and clients. The ideal candidate will build and maintain strong relationships with clients while promoting sustainable business practices.
Key Responsibilities
-Identify New Business Opportunities: Research and analyse market trends to identify potential clients and generate new business opportunities.
– Manage the Full Sales Cycle: Execute the end-to-end sales process, ensuring competitive positioning and successful contract acquisition in line with company targets.
– Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients through regular communication, follow-ups, and value-driven engagement.
– Sales & Project Coordination: Oversee the sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure, ensuring alignment with client expectations, technical requirements, and project timelines.
– Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product specialists, business development, and back-office teams to align sales initiatives with overall company objectives.
– Develop Sales Strategies: Design and implement effective sales strategies to support revenue growth and market expansion.
– Reporting & Forecasting: Prepare and present accurate sales reports, pipeline updates, forecasts, and performance analyses to management.
Qualifications:
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field and having technical (IT, Mechatronic or Electronic) background or understanding.
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in business development or project sales, preferably in Public Transportation / Mass Transit Ecosys.
Skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
• Excellent verbal and written English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work independent
