Requirements:
– Minimum 2 – 3 years of experience as a barista in a high-volume cafe or coffee shop
– Strong knowledge of coffee brewing methods, espresso machines, and latte art
– Excellent customer service and communication skills
– Attention to detail and have passion to know the coffee quality
– Ablitiy to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
– Basic inventory and cash handling experience are preferred
– GOOD LOOKING AND WELL GROOMED
