Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• A degree in a relevant field (e.g. Retail, Hospitality) is preferred.
• Previous experience in retail, customer service, or hospitality, ideally in a luxury or
boutique setting
• Fluent in written and spoken Bahasa Indonesia and English, additional language(s) an advantage.
• Computer literate, with a strong knowledge of Point of Sale (POS) systems and basic
proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Passionate about customer service, with a strong understanding of retail operations
and an interest in fashion, wellness, and sustainability.
