Minimum 1 year experience in the same position or a strong track record as a busser and/or runner in a restaurant for at least 2 years
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Conversational in local language; conversational English is an advantage
High attention to detail
Self-motivated, team player, and innovative thinker
Able to multitask and prioritize tasks in line with business objectives
Understand the basics of Food Safety and Hygiene (HACCP)
