Requirements:
Minimum Experience: 2–3 years in a creative, digital, or advertising agency
Develop strategic frameworks and communication approaches for campaigns and brand initiatives
Conduct audience, cultural, and market insights to inform creative thinking
Translate insights into clear strategic direction and creative briefs
Craft campaign narratives, messaging frameworks, and brand positioning
Strong understanding of consumer behavior, digital culture, and brand communication
Work closely with creative, account, and production teams to bring ideas to life
Strong presentation, storytelling, and deck-building skills
Able to manage multiple brands and campaign timelines simultaneously
Insight-driven and culturally aware, balancing data with creative thinking
