Roles:
Leads the visual direction of campaigns by collaborating with Strategists & Creative Director to conceptualize and guide visual storytelling that meets client objectives and creative standards.
Key Responsibilities
Develop strong visual concepts aligned with campaign strategy
Lead the visual direction from idea to final execution
Translate strategic insights into compelling visual storytelling
Guide and supervise designers during the creative development process
Ensure creative consistency and quality across all campaign assets
Present and articulate visual ideas clearly to internal teams or clients
Maintain high creative standards while meeting deadlines
Manage multiple campaigns and creative outputs simultaneously
Requirements:
Minimum Experience: 3-4 years (creative/advertising agency)
Lead visual concepts from idea to execution
Strong understanding of branding, layout, and visual storytelling
Guide designers and ensure creative consistency
Highly collaborative and clear in communicating creative vision
Able to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
Preferred Skills:
Experience working on integrated campaigns (digital, social, key visual, etc.)
Familiar with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
Experience presenting creative work to clients or stakeholders
Understanding of digital and social-first campaign formats
